SiteHisabTerms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and the company that runs SiteHisab. By creating an account or paying for anything on SiteHisab, you accept them. They are written to be read. If something here is unclear, write to us before you pay.

What SiteHisab is
SiteHisab is software for keeping a construction site's accounts and quantities: labour, materials, bills, money, BOQ, bar bending schedules, estimates and reports. You enter your site's records, or ask the AI to enter them, and SiteHisab keeps them in your account.
Your account
- You need an account to use the app. The free calculators on this website work without one.
- Keep your sign-in safe. Everything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- If you invite team members, you decide what they can see and change. You are responsible for what they do in your account.
- The records you enter are yours. How we store and protect them is in our privacy policy.
What you pay for
- The SiteHisab licence. A perpetual licence for a one-time payment, bought on this website, with all updates included. It unlocks the app for your account on the web, on Android and on Windows. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Straight after paying you receive a GST tax invoice by email. The invoice is your proof of purchase. The licence itself is recorded on your SiteHisab account, so there is no key to enter or keep: signing in to that account, anywhere, is what unlocks it.
- AI credits. Prepaid credits for AI reading of drawings. One credit is one drawing sheet read. Credits do not expire.
- AI messages. Prepaid messages for Talk to AI, on top of the free messages that come every day. Bought messages do not expire. The free daily messages start again each day at midnight, Indian time.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Every purchase gets a GST tax invoice, sent to your email. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Credits and messages belong to the account that bought them. They cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
Refunds
Everything SiteHisab sells is digital and is delivered the moment you pay. Once bought, the licence, AI credits and AI messages are not refundable. We refund failed payments and double charges. The full rules are in our refund and cancellation policy.
The AI and the numbers
SiteHisab calculates quantities, rates, bar bending schedules and money from what you enter. Its AI reads drawings, bills and sentences, and can file entries for you. All of this is a working aid, and it can be wrong.
- Check before you build or pay. Check every quantity, estimate, bar bending schedule and AI-filed entry before you order material, pay anyone or build from it. Structural decisions remain the responsibility of your engineer.
- You can always correct it. Every entry can be edited or deleted, and the account owner can see and undo changes in the site history.
- AI may pause. AI features may occasionally be paused, for example for maintenance or when a monthly AI limit is reached. Your credits and bought messages stay in your account while the AI is paused. The rest of the app keeps working.
Fair use
Do not use SiteHisab to break the law, to store someone else's data without their permission, or to attack, overload, copy or resell the service. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.
Availability and changes
We work to keep SiteHisab running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We improve the app often. We may change or retire features. We will not take away what a paid licence unlocks without telling you first.
Closing your account
You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Account → Danger zone, or by writing to us. See delete your account. Deleting your account ends the licence, and unused credits and messages are lost. Nothing is refunded for them.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, SiteHisab is provided as it is. We are not liable for losses that come from relying on a figure, estimate or AI entry you did not check, or for indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by writing to us, the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top. Where the change matters, we will tell you in the app. The English version of these terms is the one that applies, even if the page is shown in another language.
