SiteHisabRefund and Cancellation Policy
SiteHisab sells digital things only: the SiteHisab licence, AI credits and AI messages. Each one reaches your account the moment the payment goes through. This page says plainly when money comes back and when it does not.
The rule
Once bought, the licence, AI credits and AI messages are not refundable. That holds whether or not you have used them, and whether you use all of them or some.
We do refund two things:
- A failed payment. Money left your bank, but the payment failed, so you received nothing.
- A double charge. You were charged more than once for the same purchase. We refund every extra charge.
Failed payments
When a payment fails after the money has left your account, Razorpay, our payment provider, usually returns it to you by itself. That normally takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. If it has not come back after 7 working days, write to us with the payment ID and we will chase it.
Double charges
Write to contact@sitehisab.in with the payment IDs, or the date, amount and the email on your account. Once we confirm the extra charge, we refund it within 7 working days to the same card, UPI or bank account you paid from. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
Paid, but nothing arrived
If the payment succeeded but your licence, credits or messages did not appear, that is not a refund case. We owe you what you bought. Refresh the app first, because it can take a minute. If it still has not arrived, write to us with the payment ID and we will add it to your account within 1 working day.
Cancellation
Every purchase is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
If you are still on one of our older yearly plans with auto-renew, you can stop it at any time in Account → Stop auto-renew. The year you have already paid for keeps running to its end, and it is not refunded.
You can delete your account whenever you like. Deleting it does not refund the licence or any unused credits or messages.
Delivery
Nothing is shipped. The licence, credits and messages are added to your SiteHisab account online, straight after payment. Your GST tax invoice is emailed to you. The invoice is your proof of purchase. The licence itself is recorded on your SiteHisab account, and signing in is what unlocks it.
